Hellstone Ingots are crafted using one Shadow Bar and one Netherite Chunk, as well as being a very, very rare drop from Wildfires. These ingots are used in the creation of the first two Divine RPG Boss spawners, the Mysterious Clock and the Call of the Watcher. Both of the bosses drop Divine Shards, which are used to craft Divine Rock, the material used to make the portal to the first Twilight Dimension, Dravite Hills.
